The belly is BACK!
I’ve worked hard for the past 9 months to lose the 60lbs gained during my last pregnancy. After acomplishing one goal after another I’ve finally come very close to my pre-pregnancy weight/size. So a few weeks ago I get the news that hubby and I are expecting our 2nd child! Yes folks…I am doing it all over again.
I really want to be healthy this time around. Instead of pigging out on sweets and junk food while lounging around every chance I get and stacking on 60lbs, I would like to keep the weight gain to a minimum 20-25lbs. I will eat healthy and continue to workout as long as I can.
Are there any prego mommies to be out there with good advice? Anyone who stayed active throughout their pregnancy and felt great while doing it? I’d like to hear from you…

Congrats! I just finished with baby#2 and now have to get rid of that ‘belly!’ I did gain less the second time around- and you being conscious of your health will probably to that as well! Listen to you body and keep doing the exercises you’ve been used to. Wish you and baby lots of happiness and health!!
