I am searching for a workout plan. I really want to lean out/slim down but there is so much contradicting info out there! I need to tighten the belt on my meal plan, but I really need some guidance with weight training. I am the cardio queen! *smile* I diddle daddle with free weights/dumbells 5-8lbs but nothing major. Time to kick things up a notch?

First off, what r u eating? What’s your diet like? Baked, grilled fish and chicken,ect. Steamed veggies? Cutting your starches?

I have oatmeal and eggwhites for breakfast
I snack on nuts and fresh fruit
I have tilapia or boneless/skinless chicken breast w/ veggies. I do have potatoes most times. I drink 3Liters water/day.
I drink wine on the weekends and I usually eat whatever on the weekends
