Why?!
Boy have I been sick! I’ve been out of order for about a week now and it is driving me crazy! I’m suffering from a sinus infection. Last week I was running a fever of 103 and feeling my worst! My biggest complaint is that I haven’t been able to workout. I’m in the middle of a 4 week fitness Bootcamp and I’ve missed an entire week! Argh! I’ve lost 5 of the 15lbs I set out to lose, but I know missing this week has set me back…I have to finish the antibiotics and I’ll be back to it on Monday (Hopefully)… I absolutely hate being sick!

Being sick sucks! But congratulations on the weightloss!!! That is awesome. And it is better to rest and get better and then hit the workouts again instead of pushing yourself when you are sick and remaining sick longer.
