My Wimpy Calves
Ok, I started a fitness bootcamp about 4 days ago…The trainer had us climbing the stairs and all other sorts of things…My Calves are STILL SORE! I’ve stretched, I’ve massaged…I need some advice! What can I do about these Wimpy Calves?!
