My first week of weight training…
Ok so I started weight training again for the first time since early 2007 and it felt so good! I can’t wait to start seeing this fat melt away like butter…My hubby made fun of my black gloves….They make me feel strong like i’m really doin work
So I’m still doing cardio in the morning & I hit the gym on my lunch break to weight train. Mon-Legs&Abs/ Wed-Arms&Chest,Shoulders&Back/ Fri-Legs&Abs. I do need feed back though. Is this a good concept or is training legs & Abs twice a week too much?

That’s awesome that you are incorporating weight training! The results you achieved just from cardio alone is just phenomenal! I am sure you will be very pleased with your "newer" results! As for your training schedule, it sounds pretty good; you are breaking up the different muscle groups and alternating days between so it sounds like you’ve got it down pat! Keep up the good work & keep smiling!
