Well I must say more progress coming to this day going to need to get some pictures, and starting a lower calorie diet again. Going to try and jsut stay toned all year round and keep gaining muscle for a while instead of going crazy on the food and shakes. Although I want to its jsut soooooooooo hard when trying to get back in to basketball and working and everything else. I recently receive a pm so that I can be used for bodyspace member of the month for August. It was amazing I didnt think that I was ever going to get picked for that but it made my day. I have been hitting the gym so hard since I seen it I am actually very proud. Recently even been saved by Jesus. And life has been amazing since I got saved. Cant wait to see the progress he helps me bring. Till then peace out.

I was at the gym the other morning lifting with my buddy, who is jsut starting to get in to it. I was training him I guess you could say when a personal trainer came over to me and asked me if I ever had a personal trainer before. I told her I was jsut learning myself through reading and an amazing organization called bodyspace. She asked me a bit about it all and said she thought she should check it out. While we were talking she told me that she was very suprised I never had a trainer before becasue my technique and form was excellent for someone my age. She had been watching me for a few days at this time she said before she actually came over to talk to me.
Aswell I did chest that day. I did my bench press with a warm up of 135 15 reps then I did 145 12 reps then 165 8 reps and then again for another 8. It was at the end of my benching that I decided to go for a 5th set to see what I could do at the time. I put on 185 and pressed that 4 times on my 5th set. Next time I am going to see what I can do once. I was pumped.

Isn’t this supose to be a bodybuilding site? Which is somewhere people go with the same interests pot progress pictures and what not? I extremly turned on by the oposite sex don’t get me wrong! But whats up with all these pictures of womens breast and ass all the time? I mean there are women on this site that deserve more credit on this site then half of the guys at times and you still see the women with the tits with all the views, comments, and top views. I think its stupid, and I think that if you arent on this to post bodybuilding pictures then what are you doing here? I am sure there are other sites where you can go upload pictures of your tits for people to look at. I don’t think they should be allowed to put them on this site I come on to look at pictures and progress people are gaining throughout the course of this incredibly hard lifestyle not to look and see who has the biggest tits! This is all jsut my opinion but I wouldnt mind feedback to see if I am the only one here discusted about this. I am only 16 you would think I would be the one viewing it all but like I said thats not what I am here for.

I am currently starting to bulk. Planning on bulking till I reach about 180 - 190 depending on how long that will take me. If I can do that before January then I will keep going till January. But thats still gaining anywhere from 30 - 40 pounds. My plans are to compete next summer in 2009. So this is my first bulking experience. Doing it pretty clean lots of pastas and shakes. Any help would be great though if you would like to give me some feed back. Will get more pictures at a later date and keep the progress comming from my bulking till my cutting till hopefully my competition.

Well its been a few weeks since I really hit the gym. My diet though has been adequate. I am starting to really get serious on my diet though lately and I have been hitting the gym again regularly. I noticed strength loss in all of my lifts almost which I really didn’t hope to see but I had it comming. I was away on vacation visiting my father so the gym wasn’t my main priority after not seeing him for two years +. Going to hit the gym today and also start my cardio. I dont think I have done a cardio session at the gym since January. Need to start now so I can train for next year when I hope to compete.

well today is one of the first leg workouts I have done in a long time. I kinda don’t like working my legs but realize I am going to have to put up with it if I want to do this for my life. I have naturally strong legs so I was able to do the weights my partner was doing today and he has been doing his legs now for a while for hockey and other sports. That was today after school. I did squats, lunges, calf raises, and a workout on a hamstring machine. I am jsut trying to get back in to working my legs out.
This morning although I went to the gym aswell like I normally do but I did back and biceps. Biceps are starting to peak a bit, back is becoming more defined and tapered. Really looking good for me at the moment. I did shrugs today aswell for my traps which I normally do on these days. I normally do only 50-60 lbs not wanting to overdue it. But today I wanted to see what I could do and I ended up doing 90 lbs in each hand. I was impressed sees how I only started my traps the other week about two weeks ago. Anyways must go for some stir-fry and rice. Peace

Alright so today was the first day back to the gym in about a week and a half. Just gettin completely over the flu and that really pissed me off. I did a full arm workout today just to get the arms back in the groove. I also started BSN NO-Xplode today, hoping I can get the results everyone claims they get, although I do find that the energy and vascularity it adds is well up there with what everyone has been saying. I don’t know if it was the long rest or if it was a bit of the NO-Xplode or a bit of both but I found I was able to use more strict form for the same about of each workout I normally do seems to give a bit of endurance, will see how it turns out.

Alright so I have been out of the gym for the past week, pissed off to becasue I just got over a realllllly bad head cold. Wasn’t in school or anything. I was reading about how your body pretty much shuts down after so much intense training and that due to the stress level of your body during this time. The immune system specifically. During the time that my body was shut down I caught a flu and have been screwed since. Has this happend to many people ? Is this specifically due to the intense training? I get all my vitamins and I take a Multivitamin. I am going to be back to the gym tomorrow morning and I get enough sleep. Anyone have any ideas or thoughts as to why this may be? Thanks

Well I finally done it. I have been going to the gym lately for about 2 weeks in the morning. Sessions are so much better in the morning and it gives me a pump to workout as soon as I get out of the bed in the mornings. Although trying to fall asleep when anxious to get to the gym is a little hard but its gettin easier. I go to the gym Monday - Friday and I hit the weights hard. Today I did a full arm blast and they kill, had to play dodgeball in gym and I could barely throw the ball. The stress I am putting my body under though has caught up and I am gettin a little worn out and a little sick at the moment so I am going to rest the weekend no cardio or anyhting and hopefully be ready to hit the gym hard again Monday morning with a hard Chest and Triceps workout.
