Today’s lift
Today i did 3 sets of 12 reps on incline bench press with 265. For lat pull downs did 3 sets of 12 reps of 420 on the hammer lat pulldown machine. I also preacher curled 3 sets of 12 reps with the 50 pound dumbell’sĀ and i squated 3 sets of 12 reps of 350, for calfs i did 3 sets of 12 reps with 445 on the leg press machine.
