Well, since my last post where i was cleared to start doing things again, i have begun to test myself. I have done some simple exercises and stretches. I ran at a progressive rate yesterday. I warmed up and did some mild running which i eventually turned up the intensity on. I was doing some full out sprints and today i have to say that i’m not feeling any pain. I am, however, alittle stiff but doc says that’s normal. Today will be the first day lifting and going through my full workout program since tearing the achillies tendon. Wish me luck guys!

I haven’t updated in a while, over the past year i have been dealing with a partial tear in my left achilles tendon. I have been in a boot for the past month and have been emotionally devestated. I feel like i can’t do anything with this injury, i am not one that like to lay around. I haven’t had much choice but i just got back from the orthopedic surgen and got some good news. He said the tear is healing well and that i won’t need the surgery, at least not now. He told me to ween myself from the boot and start doing everyday things again. I have been doing lite lifting with my upper body over the course of the month but i feel its time to start getting my legs back. This pain around the heel is still there but i will have to slowly get back into it. Wish me luck yal. Any comments are greatly appreciated and stories of the same injury are most greatly appreciated, let me know how you made out. Thanks and everyone keep working toward your goals!!!

Well, today i must refocus. I have been out of sync as of late and things haven’t been easy. I injured my left knee and left wrist in a football game and i’m finally feeling good enough to get back to work. I still have some pain in my wrist but nothing i wouldn’t be able to work through…i think. In my time of injury i have "gone off the wagon", so to speak. I haven’t been sticking to any strict plan and need alittle umff to get going again. Since i’ve been injured and down feeling i’ve gained about 8lbs. I know, it’s not good but i’m hope to pick up where i left off and try to get remotivated.

I have started my new program and staying in the gym everyday and running 5 days a week. I started yesterday and guess what… I wake up in the middle of the night with the Flu. It seriously hit me out of nowhere. I hate it because i have had a few goals to reach in the upcoming months. I am sure i’ll be out in my gym today but i know it’s going to be very hard to push myself. Don’t know that i’ll be able to do any running today. HELP! Any advice?

Hey guys,
I have been on my new plan for a week and a half. I feel noticably better. I have noticed that i am swetting alot more and i seems like I am really pushing myself in the cardio dept. I basically keep moving at all times in the gym, i don’t find myself standing around that much. Physically, I feel awesome, I have been feeling like I fell back into this groove. Only thing I have noticed is that some cardio can get boring. Don’t get me wrong, I know I need to do it, but if anyone has any other ideas or tell me what they are doing for cardio that would be awesome.
Thanks yal,
Chris

Hey yal,
Today is the first day of my blog. I am starting a new workout today the was sent to me from a buddy on bodybuilding.com. It consists of lifting Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday, lift again Thursday and Friday. Trying to burn up alot of this bodyfat to let the nice body under the fat, show through. I will be doing about 4-5 days of cardio along with this program. I will be switching up between running and biking. If anyone has any other advice for me, please send me anything you have. I am opening to new things and that’s why I am starting this new Program. Before this new program, it consisted of lifting 5 days, and little to no cardio. I honestly want to be the best that I can be and am always greatful for all the support I can get. Thanks guys and see ya soon!
