Progress without Supplements?

Yesterday was Day 3….missed my Cardio in the morning =S  Felt bad about it but mooooved on!  I did a weight/Cardio class @ the gym for my lunch break to make up for it and felt good.  Stayed clean with my eating though :)

Today is Day 4….Went to the gym again @ noon and Judy showed me my leg workout - OUCH!  Kicked my butt (pretty light on the weights still but, I’m WORKING ON IT!) since I was a little sore from my lunchtime class yesterday.   I’m feeling it right now…I’m sore but loving the feeling! Tracked my workout on here.  Now that judy has set me up on an upper and lower workout I am essentially on my own from here on out!  Going to go steady with the workout she’s set up and see where I am in 3 weeks….sound good?

I am currently only using whey protien…and usually as my breakfast.  Am I going to see the progress that I want without using any supplements??  I am clean eating - protien/complex carbs 5-6 X’s a day.  Any advice would be appreciated :D

Day ONE…and looking for tips!!

Sooo, even though I’ve been eating clean for a few weeks and sparatically jumping on the eliptical now and then - I have OFFICIALLY started my brand new lifestyle TODAY!!

 Not sure where to really post all this…I did post it in my workout tracker also but, I’m looking for comments and tips with my eating and workouts from anyone that can help! 

Day 1….so far ;)

7:30am - 20min on eliptical

8:00am - whey protien shake (I’m using two scoops in a 600ml bottle with water and LITTLE bit of OJ to taste…??)

10:45am - 3 slices of lowfat turkey breast and 1 med apple (mmm - I LOVE apples!)550ml water

12:00pm - 20min on eliptical (felt good…gave me some energy, which is mind blowing to a fitness newbie - always thought it would do the oppisite!)

12:30pm - 1 Salmon fillet and a head of Broccoli 550ml water

3:30pm - 1 orange and a helping of cottage cheese

6:00pm - 6inch grilled chicken sub on whole wheat with lettuce, onion, green peppper & cucumber.

How’s this looking nutrion wise??  Any advice or comments are WELCOME and APPRECIATED!  Thanks ;)
