Questions from a Jiggly Wiggly

So, def had a slack ass August - but I’ve been back at the gym for two weeks….kinda.  3 days a week and I’ll kick it up to five next week again.  Feels really good though, I’m enjoying my cardio since I traded the eliptical for the tredmill, love that running!

Question 1 - I’m doing 20min on the tredmill everyday I workout - running hard for two min and then walking for two min….is this right?  Or should I reduce my walking part to one min?

Question 2 - I have lost wieght and since I started in April I have notcied great changes in my body shape.  Butt has lifted slightly off my legs, just about all the dimples in my thighs have disappeared and my arms have shape - awesome!  BUT - I am jiggly :(   I am wieght training and eating clean 5 days a week, but I just can’t seem to TIGHTEN my body up???? Any GREAT advice for leaning out and really get that fat to disappear from between my skin and muscle?????

    Are you serious with this crap? Lean out? You have a drink in your hand, your not serious about your fitness. When you get serious I will help, until then spare us blogs about your jiggly body.

    Question 1: Sounds fine, if you’re looking for a different HIIT routine or something check the site!

    Question 2: Tightening up is just putting on muscle and losing fat, where are you talking about in particular?

If he would have taken the time to read and look into my profile I am really new to all of this and am learning from HELPFULL KIND people on body space - so thanks to all of you, it is appreciated. As for you, IamFit56…..leave your nasty comments to yourself, it’s one thing to be honest and real and another thing to be a flat out *******. Name suggestion IamAn*******56!!
