Questions from a Jiggly Wiggly
Friday, September 11th, 2009So, def had a slack ass August - but I’ve been back at the gym for two weeks….kinda. 3 days a week and I’ll kick it up to five next week again. Feels really good though, I’m enjoying my cardio since I traded the eliptical for the tredmill, love that running!
Question 1 - I’m doing 20min on the tredmill everyday I workout - running hard for two min and then walking for two min….is this right? Or should I reduce my walking part to one min?
Question 2 - I have lost wieght and since I started in April I have notcied great changes in my body shape. Butt has lifted slightly off my legs, just about all the dimples in my thighs have disappeared and my arms have shape - awesome! BUT - I am jiggly
I am wieght training and eating clean 5 days a week, but I just can’t seem to TIGHTEN my body up???? Any GREAT advice for leaning out and really get that fat to disappear from between my skin and muscle?????
