This is a thanks to all my BodySpace friends who have given me advice, encouragment, and the drive to keep up with my fitness goals!  I am still a work in progress but I’m healthier then I’ve ever been in my life and I’ve never had more confidence :)   The overall quality of my life is improving as I keep up with living a healthy lifestyle…I am a happier person because of it.  I can’t wait to reach the goals I’ve set for myself!! 

 I hope that, one day, I can give the advice and be an inspiration to others that are starting off with their fitness journey just like the rest of you.

CoNfUsEd!?!

Now that I’m set in my routine and diet (diet - still working on that weekend boozing - ee gad!) I’ve decided to implement my suplements.  I wanted to make sure I could stay commited before spending all that moola.  I’ve used whey protien before and bought some more BUT something I’ve never used is Creatine.  I bought some and decided to look at the forum to get some more info on it.  I AM SCARED NOW!  I still have some fat on my booty and thighs that I’m trying to burn off with my cardio and on some of the threads it said that creatine could make you ‘look’ fatter because of the water retention….I def DO NOT want that.  So should I wait until I’ve burned off all my fat before taking creatine, should I even BE TAKING creatine as a female - so confused now :(   I just wanted to see my arms and tummy muscles really POP!  Ugh……so much to learn!
