New Week = Fresh Start
So - last week was a half ass week. I only hit the gym twice. . .Monday was a holiday and I was camping and Thursday was my Bday and I was ambushed by friends taking my out for lunch so , I skipped the gym since I usually go at noon. At least I ate clean? And I opted out of an afterwork workout seeing it was my Bday and then I just skipped Friday :S Bad, bad girl, I know! Clean eating slipped quite a bit last week, for the first time. I don’t usually struggle with that side of things (minus the weekends - still working on not boozing) but last week I sure did. It was like my body NEEDED some bread, red meat and some sugar. That’s the thing though. . .it was LIKE my body needed it - believe me, it didn’t! I feel bloated and gross, I’m in awe of how my energy was gone and even my MOOD altered? Crazyness.
Anyway - it’s Monday, a fresh start. Even though I feel bloated I know that one week of half assing it isn’t worth sabotaging 7weeks of hard ass work! So I’m back on track and ready to kick my own ass in the gym
) Plus, for my birthday my boyfriend dished out 500bucks for new clothes (since I’m down a few sizes) and suppliments! I love him and glad to have to support and encouragement. . .I may wait till I’m down another size to go shopping and I’ll have to get an outfit for his eyes only :O

That was thoughtful of your bf! Supplements > clothes, haha… but that’s just my opinion.
Way to get back on track!
