Progress without Supplements?
Thursday, February 5th, 2009Yesterday was Day 3….missed my Cardio in the morning =S Felt bad about it but mooooved on! I did a weight/Cardio class @ the gym for my lunch break to make up for it and felt good. Stayed clean with my eating though
Today is Day 4….Went to the gym again @ noon and Judy showed me my leg workout - OUCH! Kicked my butt (pretty light on the weights still but, I’m WORKING ON IT!) since I was a little sore from my lunchtime class yesterday. I’m feeling it right now…I’m sore but loving the feeling! Tracked my workout on here. Now that judy has set me up on an upper and lower workout I am essentially on my own from here on out! Going to go steady with the workout she’s set up and see where I am in 3 weeks….sound good?
I am currently only using whey protien…and usually as my breakfast. Am I going to see the progress that I want without using any supplements?? I am clean eating - protien/complex carbs 5-6 X’s a day. Any advice would be appreciated
