My schedule: Mon-Fri :

Creatine, 15 minutes elliptical, 1hour weight training, Whey protein shake. No breakfast, but a breakfast bar. Ham/Turkey sandwich for lunch, and a light and early dinner.

Time wasted or an ok schedule ???
