			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well i&#8217;m back at it i&#8217;ve been lifting on and off and now it&#8217;s time for some business. i want to get faster, stronger, and better overall. i&#8217;m in gymnastics now and want to be the best athlete i can be. i did have to quit lifting at club boris because i couldn&#8217;t afford it. i have stopped taking supplements just eating healthy wholesome foods. i do take fiber and supplements but not for bodybuilding just to keep me regular and healthy. i have some goals this summer check my bodyspace. keep in touch comment message and watch me get dominant.
