i got 10 weeks to weigh 155 lean, squat 245, and bench 195. i know i can do it. today i weighed in at 15.8. i’m eatin alot. i’m also trainin speed.

well i’m back at it i’ve been lifting on and off and now it’s time for some business. i want to get faster, stronger, and better overall. i’m in gymnastics now and want to be the best athlete i can be. i did have to quit lifting at club boris because i couldn’t afford it. i have stopped taking supplements just eating healthy wholesome foods. i do take fiber and supplements but not for bodybuilding just to keep me regular and healthy. i have some goals this summer check my bodyspace. keep in touch comment message and watch me get dominant.
