Double Workout

Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

I have been taking more off days than usual over the past 2 weeks so Im gunna hit it extra hard today. I just finished my usual chest workout about an hour ago and in about a half hour Im going to go ahead and do my bicep/tricep workout that was scheduled for tomorrow. I’ll use tomorrow as an off day instead before my shoulder workout on Thursday.

Off Day Finally

Thursday, July 9th, 2009

Today, I took my first off day in about 2 weeks. I know that is bad to do and really hard on your body, but I just couldn’t keep myself away from the gym. Especially while I’m grounded and have nothing to do but lift. I know this rest will do my body good. I have really been hitting my legs and abs hard lately, trying to get some big quads and hams and trying to define my abs more. I haven’t ran lately but that’s not becasue of laziness, it’s becasue I don’t want to risk burning off any muscle. I plan on competing some time this year and I want to get a big as possible. My body fat percentage really hasn’t changed becasue I have been on a smart diet…not strict, just smart. I have also decided to add one set of high reps to each exercise I perform during my workouts to really tear my muscles down and hopefully to burn a few more calories.

Wel, Im just going to keep lifting hard and steady and hopefully start competing soon. Gunna get back into my routine tomorrow. Good luck to everyone!

Nothin to Do But Workout for 2 Weeks!

Tuesday, July 7th, 2009

I got grounded because I had a party at my house over fourth of July that involved some alcohol…haha. So now I’m grounded for 2-4 weeks and I got my car taken away completely. But on the upside, I’m gunna have at least 2 weeks to get big and ripped!!! And that’s what I plan on doing. I’m going to do nothing but eat, sleep, and lift. At the end of this two weeks, I plan on gaining at least 5 lbs. of muscle, getting my body fat down a little, and really working my abs hard. This could be a blessing in disguise…but it still sucks.

Cellucor…I guess Results do Matter.

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

I got my first shipment of Cellucor NO Extreme about two weeks ago and I love it.  I have already noticed a difference in the way my body looks and in my strength. And because it the NO Extreme it doesnt put any fat on my body that I dont need. Anyone who is looking to add a little intensity to their workout and increase their weight in every single lift should definitely try one of Cellucor’s Muscle Building products. You won’t be disappointed.

Just Got My Cellucor

Wednesday, June 17th, 2009

My Cellucor NO Extreme was just delivered to my house. I am very excited about this product and I have heard a lot about it. Seeing the results that bodybuilders like stevep78 have achieved using this brand makes me very curious about the results I can see. I just took my first serving of NO Orange and it tasted pretty good, or at least not bad, which is always a plus. Im going to start my workout in about 15 minutes –my first official workout on Cellucor.

Blog Entry

Friday, April 24th, 2009

–I haven’t posted one of these or up dated my bodyspace in a while, so I figured I would.  Ive lost about 10 pounds…mostly fat but probably some muscle too. Ive shyed away from my weight training program a little becasue I have 2 shoulder injuries due to baseball, which makes it hard to perform many lifts.  I am still doing some push ups, bicep curls, back exercises, and some ab work and have maintained my body for the most part.  My abs/obliques actually look better than they have in a while because of the time I have taken off from weights. I hope to get my program running again eventually, but in the mean time, I just want to get my shoulders healthy and start doing some light shoulder training.–
