Running Progess
Friday, March 20th, 2009So it’s five days shy of 1 month since my first running progress post. I went running a total of 4 times, including the first timing and today’s timing. So, basically two training runs inbetween, haha, hardly anything at all! But, I’ve been biking again a little bit to school and that’s a 13 mile jaunt each way, probably did that bike trip 3-4 times. Despite hardly any training, but mile time did get significantly better, nearly 30 seconds. Going to see the doctor next week and anxious to see the x-ray. I’m still super weak/shakey and can barely do pushups from my knees but I’m looking forward to see if some of this is pain i need to work through or if I still have significant healing to wait out.
