I have decided to do the CAL in culver city on May 24th!
Seeing how things are going I will float into the show with little stress. Plan is too maintain BF% and improving my conditioning where needed. Then I will make needed adjustments at the final home stretch. I know I have some great friends and fam behind me who I thank very much as the journey can get hard if done right!

Today I began a journey for increased performance and insane pumps/muscularity.
With an hour and a half before my training session I popped my seccond serving for the day of 4 A-BOMB tablets knowing in my mind that I was about to add another amazing workout to my career. As I aproached around 30 min pre workout I slamed down Trac-extreme-NO fruit punch. Man…o man I was feenin for some weights..haha. Friend/training partner piced me up and we were off to Golds Venice where we always train. After a light warm up on the bike it was GO time. After only my first exercise of close grip pull-downs My arms and back were pumped. Talk about nitrogen retention/Vascularity…DAMN! My recovery time was almost cut in half too. Next was Hammer seated rows which I waisted no time between sets and added a few more strict reps. Off to wide grip pull downs where on my way I had to have at least 3 friends stop me to coment on my vascularity and conditioning(always a great feeling). After we wrapped up we headed to the final movement of seated reverse grip rows. what a way to rip the back open. Overall experience today was a faster workout, less fatigue, more vasculatiry and greater pump. Now it is up to the nutrition and scale…….TBC…….
