Goals update and Olympia for Real Gainz

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

I am getting closer to my short team goals.  I benched 275 for 2 reps and curled a 135 lbs barbell for 2 reps.  I leave this Thursday to cover the Olympia for Real Gainz Magazine.

Thank for all your support.  Everyone on this site has been great!

I’m going to the Olympia in Las Vegas; Anyone else?

Saturday, September 1st, 2007

I’m going the Olympia at the end of September.  If you are going and would like to schedule some time for a photoshoot, let me know and I’ll save your spot.  If you have any questions, email me here or at my regular box at dannyfittro@yahoo.com

I look forward to hearing from you whether you are aspiring to model or just looking to expand your portfolio.

Thanks,

 Danny Fittro

4 wk Blog Post

I’ve been going to the gym now 5 days per week for 4 weeks.  I’ve gained 9 pounds, but I still have the same bodyfat percentage.  That’s okay, I have more muscle and I haven’t gotten "fatter".  My arms have gone from just over 15 inches to 16 inches.  My bench press during this recovery time (after 8 months off) has gone from 135 for 10 reps to 225 for 2 reps.  I want to get back to 275 for 4 reps, and then shoot for more.

I want to thank everyone that has added me as a friend here.  Some of you have corresponded and that means a lot in terms of motivation.  Thank you.  I appreciate all of you.

Welcome!

Thursday, August 2nd, 2007

Welcome to the Bodybuilding.com BodyBlogs. This is my first post. I went to the gym today and I loved it.  I didn’t lift half as much as I used to, but I’m taking it one day at a time.  Like a road to recovery.  I also loved seeing my "gym friends" again.  It was great for my psyche.  I’m going to be there tomorrow too.  I just feel that the first day was the toughest, and now I’ve got the ball rolling, even though there was no noticeable progress in just one visit.  I feel totally psyched.

Thanks to everyone who has added me on this site as a friend.  You are motivational and make a real difference.  I appreciate your acceptance.

 Have a great day,

 Danny
