Alright. Here I am, with another blog entry after a long hiatus. I am gonna try this once again. This time, I have nothing in my way (not that it wasn’t like that at any time before…). I have (3) three weeks clear that I have absolutely nothing to do. And when I say nothing to do, I mean, NOTHING. Now is the time for me to try this because I have no distractions, whatsoever. I decided to take stock of what exactly I have in my kitchen. This is the list that I came up with: 5doz eggs, 9# of chicken breast, 24 cans of 12oz tuna, 10 cans of 12oz, (2) 6# tubs of Cytogainer, & 1 1/2 containers of NO Shotgun. I my goal is 275# @ 8%. I think it is safe for me to say I am on a bulking routine. What do you think? Hit me up if you think I’m missing anything…

It is 8:00 and I just got back from the gym. I’m about to eat my bowl of oatmeal. I did legs today and as I always say, if you feel like sitting down for the rest of the day when you’re done, you had a good leg day. Last night was night two of the Novadex XT supplement. I have to say that I woke up feeling full and tight. Took a minute for me to get mentally warmed up but I got myself going and had a pretty good workout. I know that I should have taken my pics and did my measurements on Tuesday the 20th but it just wasn’t on my mind. Anyway, here I am and I am putting 100% into this. Keep me encouraged. I need as much as I can get…

So I’m back from the gym and I am about to eat a bowl of oatmeal. Then I have to build up the motivation to cook my food for the rest of the day. I figure 4 chicken breast, brown rice & broccoli meals plus 2 CytoGainer shakes should do it for today. As I have to remind myself, I have to motivate myself from day to day (sometimes hour to hour). Yesterday was a good day at work. I’m gonna try to start a consistent streak of good days. Anyway, I’ll be back. Until then…

I have heard a great deal about this supplement called Novadex XT and that it is supposed to be the bomb. I decided to give it a try. From web research, it seems like it has a greater effect on older men as to younger men. I figure since I’m 39 and in that period of life where my test is supposed to be decreasing, it should work pretty good for me. I’ll be letting you know how it works on me. I had my first serving (2 caps) last night before I went to bed. I am on the way to the gym now and I had a serving of NO Shotgun (Exotic Fruit) that I mix with 12oz of orange juice (got to get it down somehow cuz it tastes horrible). Once I’m done, I’ll have me a full serving of CytoGainer. I am kinda stoked since I’ll be doing shoulders and traps today. Normally I feel like Atlas from Smith Military Presses. Anyway, I’ll be documenting my progress right here on Bodybuilding.com with pics and stats for your reading and viewing pleasure. Till next time, C YA!

…and I just ate a can of tuna (55g of protein, 250 calories) and 2 slices of wheat bread (couldn’t tell you if my life depended on it). I am actually still feeling hungry. That’s crazy but I guess that is the way it goes. I gotta do my 2nd workout sometime later this afternoon. I’ll probably shoot for 6-7p. I gotta start taking as many pics as I can and setup my portrait appointment for after June 31st. That is the day of my second weight goal is achieved. Right now, I’m striving for 212.5lbs by 31 Mar 09. Yep, I got just over 19 days to gain 10lbs, preferably muscle mass. I believe that means that I have to push my body to muscle failure with all of my workouts and to eat as much and as clean as possible. I am a hardgainer if there ever was one and I am trying to take it a day at a time and inch closer and closer to my goal of 275lbs @ 10% by 31 Dec 09. Do I wanna compete? Heck, no. Just wanna be huge…and healthy. I am 6′3" so I should look awesome…at least to me and last time I checked, I’m the only person that counts…

…and I just had 5 whole eggs, a bowl of oatmeal, a cup of grapefruit juice and my creatine and nitro oxide supplements. I’ll be leaving for the gym in about 15 minutes to work shoulders. I plan to concentrate on barbell movements with a little Hammer Strength mixed in. I wanna go to muscle failure with every exercise so the plan is to stay in the 10-15 rep range and see how that works cuz I have noticed that I can’t find a pump unless I’m doing high reps for 3-4 sets. I’ll let you know how it works out.
