I started drinking black coffee in the aftn’s recently, due to a very drousy low energy ebb. I’ve found it also dampens my appetite.

Appetite suppressant hmmm. Green tea, cabbage, apples and whey protein are good ones. Just make sure you don’t drink too much green tea because the caffeine will thin out your blood. When I’m hungry, I usually eat some berries since there low in cals, no fat, low carb and just plain taste good lol. Hope that helped ;)

I read an interesting article recently on "peppermint" and its affects on appetite. Caffeine, as already mentioned, seems to work as well. Also, drinking water between meals aids in curbing cravings to an extent. Another angle would be to focus on eating foods that are more satiating (i.e. make you feel full). Typically it’s foods that have a high water content and those high in fiber - fresh fruit, veggies (carrots are like 80% water). Oatmeal, or any whole gram really, will keep your belly happier longer. Appetite is a funny thing though becuase it will eventually adjust and catch up with your reduced calorie diet.
