Yesterday was my "day off" diet……Friends at home and I drunk champagne, red wine, irish whiskey and ate fat chinese food, italian pastas with cream, mozzarella, pancetta and french cheese…cheating food = Hard to resist!!!
This week will be a sweat hour every day….My personnal coach is watching!!!
I’m going to work harder. Must lose 4 to 7 lb this week!….
The show must go on !!!
