		<title>It&#8217;s working!</title>

<p> Since I am studying to be a personal trainer and lifestyle/weight management specialist, i know i have to get myself back in shape first. This is my motivation!</p>
<p> So, I started my own bootcamp and began training myself extensively with a routine I know I can continue for years (barring pregnancy&#8230;). I am doing it! I have lost three pounds this week! I feel great and I am finally getting the weight loss results I need. My body is clinging to this fat like crazy. After almost two months, I could see a few changes in my body, but no real weight loss. FINALLY, my body is letting it go! I am so proud of myself for not quitting. I am so excited for next week&#8217;s weigh-in!</p>
<p>So this is proof that I will not give up. My husband is nagging me because I got my new photocard from the DMV so I can get a new license with my married name on it, but I am putting it off until the last minute! I can&#8217;t wait to see what I can accomplish before I get that picture taken. I did cardio (6 miles  on the treadmill total) and upper body weight training yestreday. I made sure to stretch well but my arms are still sore today. Well, I have to go because bootcamp starts at 10:00 AM sharp!</p>
