You know what I love about bodyspace? Everyone here is so supportive. I think that is so great. Sometimes we take for granite that it is like that everyone when we see so much of it, it is great. I notice everytime I go on to someone’s pictures and people post ratings they are always a 10. Have you noticed this? I think that is great. Why would the rating not be a 10? It only makes sense. This is really a great community. I love that. Thanks everyone for all your great positive energy!

Hello everyone. I have created a few hypnosis videos and put them on youtube. Keep in mind these are for entertainment purposes. One of my videos is on the pendulum, it is not in anyway intended as a "how to" video or an "official" medical description of hypnosis (yawn) these are fun videos intended to entertain and to expand your mind into the world of hypnosis. Many people are unaware that they are IN CONTROL during hypnosis and that therapeutic hypnosis is outcome specific. Healing and refreshing, both at the same time. Enjoy the videos.

I am currently keeping a blog on one of my web sites. (well I keep a blog on both of my site) holy cow I have way to much to say. (haha) anyway, I wanted to share the link with you as I have a lot of resources to share with you, interesting books and pondering the meaning of life:
http://nancygeorges.blogspot.com/
it is connected to my sister site:
www.nancygeorges.net
That site is mainly focused on health and wellness, hypnotherapy and alternative healing methods. Of course my other site:
www.nancygeorges.com
Is my fitness site, also it has a blog but mainly for fitness related ramblings and figure contest discussion, photo shoots, you know very shallow shit. (hahaha) I go both ways, funny stuff.
Have a great weekend.

Hello everyone, I am very excited to be this weeks featured speaker on Living Beautiful Radio. The segment is very uplifting and really hits home on many of the topics we face as athletes and competitors finding balance in our lives. We talk a lot about hypnosis, what it is, what it is not and how you can use it to help you achieve your fitness goals. It is a great segment so please take a moment to listen to it.

Thank you to the gorgeous Nancy DiNino for the invitation and to Dr. Navarro for creating this forum for women. It is a wonderful resource and I hope that you will also listen to past pod casts, it really is inspirational.

Hello all. I just came here to my bodyspace and see that is completely out of control with over 200 people wanting to add me as friends, not that I am super popular or something like that, but I really like to look through everyone’s bodyspace rather than just add everyone, it just seems so unpersonal. So if I have not added you please do not take offense, it is just very hard to manage and I want to take time to read blogs and messages and the reality is I start to look at mostly the women’s blogs, and I start to read because I can relate to what they are going through. So I hope I do not offend any of you guys out there, I slowly but surely look through them, it is just out of control at this point.
SO, I am sending everyone who has been to my blog, good vibes, and well wishes for wonderful training and progress, even if I don’t add you, I appreciate you coming here to my little neck of the woods and I wish the best for you. This is such a great resource and it has become as big as myspace really, and frankly I could screw around all day in here.
So, that is my little message for the day, and thanks for taking the time to read my blog and for everyone who added me to their friends. I appreciate it very much.

Hey there my fellow bodyblog friends. I know it has been a while since I posted. I am currently dieting and getting ready for the California Pro, in about 6 weeks now. Dieting seems to be going well and training…. well let’s just say my glutes do not actually stop being sore, what is up with that? It is getting easier, I am on the last leg, started my diet early at 16 weeks out. I figured that would put me ahead of the game, turns out I need the full 16 weeks, aint that a bitch! Oh well.
Funny thing how cardio helps to sort out the thoughts and clear the mind. I start off hating it and then by the end I am really looking forward to the time to just chill and sort out my head.
I hope your training is going well, and please forgive me if I do not respond or add you as a friend, I just saw I have a lot of people to add, but I like to look at everyone’s profile and blog before I do that, and I just have not been on the computer as much lately. And now it appears I have A LOT to go through, I will get to it though at some point. Have a great day, and awesome training!

since I have posted on my bodyblog? That is so not like me, and yet so like me to come back just as I get ready for another competition, seems I get chatty about nothing around this time. I am getting ready for the California Pro in May, about 12 weeks out, and still trimming the fat, you know the stage, been dieting for 4 weeks now and still not resembling a figure competitor. (haha) ok, it is not that bad, but still "cramming" myself into a suit that fit me last September, I tell you the butt of those suits are they tiny or is my ass way to big?
On another note I am having some problems with my aol I guess that every time I go to post a comment to someone to encourage them or say hi, it says my code does not match. I think aol, is starting to belong in the dark ages or something. Moderator…..HELP!!!! Anway know that if you don’t get a message from me, I really intended to say hello or comment back, or in some cases just send out some encouragement and it is frustrating that this is not working for me. So I have not been as active here. Blah, blah, excuses. Hope you have a great day!

Recently I received a visit all the way from Wisconsin from my good friend Catherine Andersen. Catherine also received her pro card this year at the USA’s in Vegas and also won the overall. I was very excited to see Catherine and she had a trick up her sleeve to try to phyche me out for 2008

I am just kidding about that (I think) but it just goes to show you us figure girls can get busy both on the stage and on the cake, and a funny story about that cake, it did not last the weekend, and neither one of the “guys” really touched it. Nuf said? Now here is a funny pic see if you can see what is so humorous about it:

If you said "hey isn’t your party still ordering food?" then you are correct. There was not much of that cake left by the time dinner came, and you don’t want to see a picture of what that was. Well by now my friend Catherine is busy getting ready for 2008, and I am busy burning off the calories from that cake, thanks for the "gift" I guess I will have to pay you back onstage! Hahaha. Just a little fun during the holidays. This is just a reminder, to stay fit, and enjoy the great company of your friends and family. You can have your cake and eat it too! (what a dork)

This past week has been a whirlwind. Life has been truly amazing since I earned my pro card only one week ago. I think I received 200 or more emails of congratulations and well wishes and positive thoughts and energy and support and love. And I want to soak up every minute of it, it truly is remarkable. We work so hard for exactly this moment, and when if finally arrives to enjoy it is a whole other thing. I am enjoying every second of it, and I am so grateful for all the energy that is coming my way. I hope to be a good "Pro" role model and strive to get better and better in all areas.
Special Shout Outs
First off I want to give a very special shout to my friend and client Debbie Bell who sent me these two adorable bears after earning my pro card at the North American. These little bears were too cute not to share with the world. I was just thrilled to receive them and what an amazingly thougthful gift. Thank you Debbie you are a sweetheart!!!
Second there is a really fun clip of me backstage, I think no more than two minutes after receiving my pro card. It is an amazing clip of energy and excitement and really captures how I was feeling right after earning my pro card. It is on musculardevopment.com with big Dave, check that out in the link below.
MDTV Video Clip at North American
And finally I had the unique priveledge of Glen E Grant being in attendance at the North American. Glen usually shoots shows outside of America so I was thrilled to receive these beautiful collages as well as some very unique camera angles of the show. Glen is an amazing photographer, and I am honored he was present to capture this moment. Please check out the collages he created below as well as visit his web site.

As if that is not enough excitement, I am going to compete in my first pro show in 2 weeks. I am crazy or what? Those of you local to Southern California or planning on coming to Southern California, please come check out the Tournament of Champions and cheer us all on.
Thank you again for your love and support, I could not do what I do without you. Enjoy your day!
