Hello everyone. I can’t believe it has actually been almost a year since I have posted on my blog.  So a little update.  I am very excited about a new book that I have recently released, Releasing The Diet Drama  it is for all of you competitors that go through the yo-yo dieting of competition, on season, off season. Ripped and shredded; then fat, you know the bit.  Well the book has been a huge success and I have been getting an awesome response for it. Some people are even callling it there bible for contest diet. Well, I don’t know about that but I think it is the bible at least for keeping your emotions in check and always having a game plan and how to properly transition from pre contest dieting to post contest dieting. There are actually 3 phases as I describe in the book and the appendix has worksheets to help you plan and stay on track.  I am very excited and if you are interested you can read more about it on my web site:
