Hello everyone. I can’t believe it has actually been almost a year since I have posted on my blog. So a little update. I am very excited about a new book that I have recently released, Releasing The Diet Drama it is for all of you competitors that go through the yo-yo dieting of competition, on season, off season. Ripped and shredded; then fat, you know the bit. Well the book has been a huge success and I have been getting an awesome response for it. Some people are even callling it there bible for contest diet. Well, I don’t know about that but I think it is the bible at least for keeping your emotions in check and always having a game plan and how to properly transition from pre contest dieting to post contest dieting. There are actually 3 phases as I describe in the book and the appendix has worksheets to help you plan and stay on track. I am very excited and if you are interested you can read more about it on my web site:

Wow how time flies, it seems like only last month we were doing our first Stage Might Complete Workshop, but the reality that was way back in January. In case you are not familiar with the Stage Might Complete format we cover the whole gamut in this workshop, it is the one workshop I recommend ladies attend if they cannot attend any other.
We talk about picking your show, selecting suits, color, fabrics, fit, there will be swatches from several designers that you can take home as well as a local designer available to take your measurements and get you fitted for your suit, if you are ready right away to go through the process. We will talk about the dieting down process and how to make that easy as well as my famous Stage Might posing section where I teach you not only how to be confident from the outside, but on the inside as well. We will talk about tanning, stage makeup and hair as well as what to expect the day of the show and we close it out with a delightfully relaxing hypnosis session.
There will be lots of freebies including the complete Competitive Advantage Hypnosis Series as well as some goodies from Lydia Haskell at www.proconsignonline.com and www.fitnessprodirect.com will be giving away the Figure Competition Guide, which I have written the section on motivation in. We will also have lots of fun making new friends. And just for your information this is an NPC workshop, we will be covering topics specifically related to NPC sanctioned events. You don’t have to be in contest condition, bring shorts and a tank top and your clear heels or your posing suits and get ready to have fun. Anyone who knows me, knows my motto, if I am not having fun, I am not doing it. Here is the information:
Date: August 10th, 2008
Time: 12-6pm
Cost: $175
Location: Club Sportif and Spa 45 Eureka St. Pasadena CA 91103
Go to the WORKSHOP section of my website to enroll. Space is limited to 15 athletes due to the size of the facility and also the size I need to keep it to give personalized attention for the posing section of the workshop, so be sure to enroll early.

You know what I love about bodyspace? Everyone here is so supportive. I think that is so great. Sometimes we take for granite that it is like that everyone when we see so much of it, it is great. I notice everytime I go on to someone’s pictures and people post ratings they are always a 10. Have you noticed this? I think that is great. Why would the rating not be a 10? It only makes sense. This is really a great community. I love that. Thanks everyone for all your great positive energy!

Hello everyone. I have created a few hypnosis videos and put them on youtube. Keep in mind these are for entertainment purposes. One of my videos is on the pendulum, it is not in anyway intended as a "how to" video or an "official" medical description of hypnosis (yawn) these are fun videos intended to entertain and to expand your mind into the world of hypnosis. Many people are unaware that they are IN CONTROL during hypnosis and that therapeutic hypnosis is outcome specific. Healing and refreshing, both at the same time. Enjoy the videos.

Is my fitness site, also it has a blog but mainly for fitness related ramblings and figure contest discussion, photo shoots, you know very shallow shit. (hahaha) I go both ways, funny stuff.
Have a great weekend.

Hello everyone, I am very excited to be this weeks featured speaker on Living Beautiful Radio. The segment is very uplifting and really hits home on many of the topics we face as athletes and competitors finding balance in our lives. We talk a lot about hypnosis, what it is, what it is not and how you can use it to help you achieve your fitness goals. It is a great segment so please take a moment to listen to it.

Hello all. I just came here to my bodyspace and see that is completely out of control with over 200 people wanting to add me as friends, not that I am super popular or something like that, but I really like to look through everyone’s bodyspace rather than just add everyone, it just seems so unpersonal. So if I have not added you please do not take offense, it is just very hard to manage and I want to take time to read blogs and messages and the reality is I start to look at mostly the women’s blogs, and I start to read because I can relate to what they are going through. So I hope I do not offend any of you guys out there, I slowly but surely look through them, it is just out of control at this point.
SO, I am sending everyone who has been to my blog, good vibes, and well wishes for wonderful training and progress, even if I don’t add you, I appreciate you coming here to my little neck of the woods and I wish the best for you. This is such a great resource and it has become as big as myspace really, and frankly I could screw around all day in here.
So, that is my little message for the day, and thanks for taking the time to read my blog and for everyone who added me to their friends. I appreciate it very much.
