Kick butt

December 26, 2008

I had a kick butt workout this morning. I have a great new workout partner who motivates me and pushes me!! I love it. So we did awesome today. Christmas went well, I didn’t have any dessert and I stuck to the veggies and protein. I’ve been running 30 minutes everyday so far and getting leaner. I think I’ve discovered that cardio is what makes a person lean along with weights… I’ve been eating really good and sticking to my diet plan. So that’s about it. I’m going on a big shopping trip next weekend, so I want to make sure I look the best I can so I will have fun shopping for clothes! lol BYE

I’m eating clean, thank you

December 7, 2008

I bought the book, "The Eat-Clean Diet" by Tosca Reno. I love it. I love to have a daily meal plan ready for me and I love seeing the results. It’s been a week, and I’ve leaned out alot. Thanks Tosca.

Also, I have been lifting again, starting slowly but surely. Glad to be back in the game.

Everytime I do seated calf raises I get such a damn good burn in my calves, it tingles through my whole body and it feels so good. Like an orgasm. I’m not kiddingg! Don’t be nasty. But do calf raises feel that good to anyone else! I love them!!!

I’m back

May 16, 2008

alright, alright! I’m back, ok? I thought I could just focus on cardio and yoga but I miss my toned legs! sooo… I’m going to start doing some moderate lifting. Not competition mode but definately bringing weights back on a regular basis! I miss my muscles :( hehe but no fear! I don’t want to wear myself down but I do want to pump some iron!!! woo~hoo! who’s with me here?!

yoga

April 22, 2008

a little more on yoga because I’m just so in love with it. I just bought 6 months of pure Hot Power Yoga. Thermastat: 90degrees! whew!! I love it though. 1-1 1/2 hours at least four times a week, I should get toned pretty well.

Right now, I’m holding off on building a bunch of muscle and just maintaining what Ihave so far. I’m concentrating on 6 days of 60 min cardio weekly, moderate weight training (maintanence), and yoga at least 4 times a week.

My diet has significantly changed. I’m not eating nearly as much only around 14-1500 cals a day since I’m not building muscle right now. Well I say significantly but just the calories. I’m still eating healthy fo sho!!

I’m already slimming up…I just have to keep up the cardio to stay tight! Well, peace yo!

proud mommy

April 10, 2008

mommy to my beautiful muscles!! Dude, I totally flexed in the mirror yesterday and shocked the crap out of myslef.

I also found today I didn’t focus on watching my carbs and ate the "right carbs" and had so much enerrrrggyyy I did 45 mins of cardio at a moderately high intensity and it was euphoric!

I’m so happy with my body right nowww… I’m so glad I’m not afraid to eat carbs because when I do eat them I lose so much more fat. It amazing.

Ok well my little brother is watching over me (he is claiming his time on the computer) so I must go for now! TAH TAH
