<p> I feel super motivated right now for some reason. I love it. I know why&#8230; because a guy told me he likes my thick body and now I see that I don&#8217;t have a size 2 to be sexy. Guys love big butts, and I definately have one of those. I&#8217;m not going to worry about being skinny all the time anymore. If I feed my body what it needs when I need it, I&#8217;m going to look the best I possibly can. If I lose fat, great. All I know is I love to workout hard and I will fuel my body with healthy, good-for-me foods that I love to get me through a mind blowing workout. Thanks BRO!</p>

<p>How much cardio should I be doing to get lean? It&#8217;s so hard&#8230; I love to eat.</p>
<p>I have been following the eat-clean diet by tosca reno for about one month, and I like it alot. So I know my diet is pretty much on track. I just starting lifting again from about 3 months off&#8230; gained some fat during that time. And I have a great Workout partner now and she is pushing me harder than I have ever worked. So I know I need to just keep my head up and do what I do, but it&#8217;s hard when I want to be very lean. I know it&#8217;s probably not my &quot;natural&quot; body weight to be extremely lean, but I would like to show off my muscles without the fluffiness!</p>
<p>If cardio is 5 days a  week for 30-60 mins (after weight training)&#8230; Is that enough to get lean? If I keep it up everyday, am I ever going to get lean? I&#8217;ve only been at it hard about a week or two&#8230; but Sometimes I just don&#8217;t feel like I&#8217;m getting anywhere. I work sooo freaking hard and I&#8217;m still not LEAN. Why is it so hard?

Very frustrating&#8230; I was going to take a huge shopping trip with my aunts and cousins but I can&#8217;t do that either. But it&#8217;s my own fault because I went out drinking. and I know that is why I&#8217;m sick. Never again&#8230; unless I want to go through this bs again! I did have fun though. But I would trade it all back just to workout and shop! That&#8217;s fo sho! ok well I guess I&#8217;m going to go rest. Since that&#8217;s all I do right now! hahahahahha
