Kick butt
Friday, December 26th, 2008I had a kick butt workout this morning. I have a great new workout partner who motivates me and pushes me!! I love it. So we did awesome today. Christmas went well, I didn’t have any dessert and I stuck to the veggies and protein. I’ve been running 30 minutes everyday so far and getting leaner. I think I’ve discovered that cardio is what makes a person lean along with weights… I’ve been eating really good and sticking to my diet plan. So that’s about it. I’m going on a big shopping trip next weekend, so I want to make sure I look the best I can so I will have fun shopping for clothes! lol BYE
