Cardio is the key for ME!!

When I do Cardio is when I can see a difference in my body.  You know what that means…  Got to shed that fat.  I especially love cardio when my friend Jessi works out on the eliptical right next to me!  We just talk, and talk and talk and the time just flies by!  I love you Jessi-ka!
