					<description>low fat cottage cheese. Theres many recommendations out there on how much you should eat, I think 1 cup is fine. If you dont like the taste of cottage cheese (cause I cant tolerate it too much) add some sugar free jam to the mix. 

Im no expert, just a beginner. This has been recommended by other bodyspacers though. Enjoy</description>

I used to have some cereal and a cup of tea. Now I try to not drink or eat anything two hours before bed.</description>
