Does anyone ever feel hungry?? Like at night before bed? Do you eat or just stay hungry and know that it’s for the best? To eat or not to eat?!?!?!

I normally eat something healthy and small if I am hungry. Your body is going 6-8 hours without anything. Just be careful and don’t eat too much. Or drink some water before bed.

Hey girl,
I soooo hear ya on the feeling hungry at nights!! OMGaaaa I noticed if i stay up late.. i get the hungry urge!!! but if i go to bed early i just go to bed and dont get the cravin that bad… let me know if you find any other solutions on what to eat!!!

That would drive me crazy….being hungry and trying to go to sleep. I work a 3-11 shift and soon as I’m done washing up folks, I eat something. That’s how I eat now. I used to have some cereal and a cup of tea. Now I try to not drink or eat anything two hours before bed.

My choice in the evening is some lowfat cottage cheese. It usually does the trick for me, plus water, water, water!

low fat cottage cheese. Theres many recommendations out there on how much you should eat, I think 1 cup is fine. If you dont like the taste of cottage cheese (cause I cant tolerate it too much) add some sugar free jam to the mix.
Im no expert, just a beginner. This has been recommended by other bodyspacers though. Enjoy

try some casien protien. not that tasty of an option, but it helps with the hunger, and its a protien that breaks down slower so your muscles and body are getting nutrition through out the night

I say eat !! I eat one hour before bed… don’t want to lose any muscle you’ve worked so hard to get!!

EAT!!!!! Not just anything but something like MAGL said a cup of cottage cheese or ike terp52 said a Casien shake. You want a slow protein in your body while you are asleep for 6 - 8 hours Good luck.
