Will someone tell me the definition of "Clean Eating"?

Lean (low-fat/good fat) proteins (fish, salmon, tuna, chicken, turkey, shellfish, lean beef, sirloin) complex carbs (whole grains, steel cut or rolled oats, brown rice, whole wheat/grain breads) veggies, low-fat dairy, eggs, fruits, legumes and nuts.. good fats.. mono-unsaturated.. omega-3’s, salmon, almonds
