I’m back
alright, alright! I’m back, ok? I thought I could just focus on cardio and yoga but I miss my toned legs! sooo… I’m going to start doing some moderate lifting. Not competition mode but definately bringing weights back on a regular basis! I miss my muscles
hehe but no fear! I don’t want to wear myself down but I do want to pump some iron!!! woo~hoo! who’s with me here?!
