yoga

a little more on yoga because I’m just so in love with it. I just bought 6 months of pure Hot Power Yoga. Thermastat: 90degrees! whew!! I love it though. 1-1 1/2 hours at least four times a week, I should get toned pretty well.

Right now, I’m holding off on building a bunch of muscle and just maintaining what Ihave so far. I’m concentrating on 6 days of 60 min cardio weekly, moderate weight training (maintanence), and yoga at least 4 times a week.

My diet has significantly changed. I’m not eating nearly as much only around 14-1500 cals a day since I’m not building muscle right now. Well I say significantly but just the calories. I’m still eating healthy fo sho!!

I’m already slimming up…I just have to keep up the cardio to stay tight! Well, peace yo!

    If I had to vote your site would probably win when I compare to the other ones on the same subjet I just visited. Most were poorly writen and not much info on them. Keep up the good work buddy
