NOOOOO!!!
My hard earned MUSCLE is fading away!!!! I’m trying to get as much protein as possible at each meal but it’s so hard!! Is their a supplement out there that helps keep muscle and burn fat instead? CLA or BCAA?? I’m not sure but if someone has info on how I can keep my mucle and burn fat instead I would appreciate your help! Thank you!!!

If you figure this one out, let us all know! Get some nitrogen pee-strips & make sure you’re in positive nitrogen balance. If not, more protein! Best of luck! al
