How are you feeling, today?
I’m feeling wonderful today so I decided a happy post is appropriate!
I’m feeling really good about my workouts, and I’m learning to balance sleep and work. I feel so much better!
A good night’s sleep is always a top priority. Before working out, and before anything else. Next three days are going to be long and tough at work but I’m ready for it. I’m going to make sure I get plenty of rest, food and stress relief anytime I can. Meditation and breathing really helps!
I’m making gains in my progress again, and a happy spirit always fuels it. I’m really happy with my legs from the past few days! When I slim up a bit, the shape really stands out and I’ve never had legs like this before. I love them! hahah I’m so happy!
Ok well it’s time to do a little homework, hope everyone had a great workout today! Keep it up!!
