late night eating
I love coffee.
I’m about to hit the gym, after my morning coffee. Back and Bi’s, baby.
I have a problem. Everynight I get up and eat in the middle of the night. and I barely remember it the next morning. Just the evidence reminds me in the morning. I usually eat peanut butter, but I’ve been reminding my dad to put the lid on real tight before bed haha it works, but then I just go to the frezzer and get the low carb ice cream. what the heck this is ruining my life!!!!! hahaha jk but I tell myslef everynight before I go to sleep. DONT GET UP blah blah.. doesn’t work. It’s been a problem for a while.
I know if I say no just one night! I will feel great about myself and want to feel that again. But it’s that first time that is hard. The only thing that had worked is if I physically lock my cabinets and fridge with that plastic tie stuff? but my dad got pretty mad about that. haha at least I’m not eating carbs.
Well.. we’ll see how tonight goes!!ugg. Maybe if I put a sticker on the ice cream I’ll remind myself to drink water and go to bed. I wish wish wish I could. I want it so bad. I need an outside point of view. My mind is tired~! JUST DON’T DO IT, Amanda~!

Hey, for what its worth, I believe you. It seems like you are committed to the work-outs, but just have a harder time with the eating. I’m having a really hard time right now just committing to the work-outs. What usually happens is that I wake up, have good intentions, and then get depressed and don’t do it lol. We should keep each other in check.
