New Diet!

Ohh yeah, you heard it! and I said it… New diet and I’m loving it!

Monday-Wednesday & Friday I eat 1400 calories/low carb and then on Thursday, Saturday & Sunday I eat around 2200 cals/moderate carbs. It keeps my energy up on the low carb days.

I think this is carb cycling and it’s really fun! I’ve been on it for about 5 days now and I already feel slimmer/with more muscle! Keep ya posted!!

Hello to all!

Hi my name’s Amanda, haha jk hahah I’m so in blog mood right now.  ANYWAY> I have a few great things on my mind so hear it goes.

First of all I am refreshed and ready to kick booty

Second of all I love myself.

Third of all… I love school and work and I don’t work too much anymore so I’m energetic and charged for a hardcore, heavy lifting workout.

Fourth of all enough with the parallelism.

ok, I hope someone reads this and doesn’t leave. because I have a lot I want people to know

So I better get on with it huh

ok… What does everyone think of not eating after 6 pm all the way until 5 am?  Ready…. GO!

and should I like, stop eating peppermints.  Because I Sonic sometimes I just want a peppermint and I know I shouldn’t eat them because they are sugar and candy and stuff but sometimes I just want a peppermint.  Maybe like one a day… or like totally no-way no-how!?  I know I should just give them up.

I love oatmeal… I just thought you should know that.
