I had an anxiety attack last night and only got 2 hours of sleep before I had to be at work at 6 this morning. I’m tired but I want to work out!! Gosh I think I should rest. DANG

Two hours of rest is brutal!! You poor thing!! Are you feeling better now? Besdies being really tired, that is! I have never had an anxiety attack before, but I have had such high levels of stress and anxiety that I’ve been unable to sleep. I’m sorry you had a rough night.
If that were me, I think I would skip my workout and allow myself some extra time to rest.
