So once again, I am increasing my calorie intake.
Today I was totally exhausted, I couldn’t even get through my friggin’ leg workout. I’m so tired and have no energy!!! I really don’t know if I’m just worn out from work plus working out, but it’s no more than usual and I shouldn’t be this tired!!!
So I’m increasing my weekly calorie intake to see if it helps me feel more energized. I’ll go ahead and incorporate 200 extra a day.
My body has been doing really well with the carb cycling and I’m seeing results, but today it’s like I needed more energy! So I don’t think it’ll hurt. I’ll calculate my bf% tomorrow morning before breakfast and see where I stand. And in two weeks, if I gained bf I’ll adjust.
Just experimenting like I said!! My body is a science project!
