Boy I sure am feeling it today! Yesterday I did planks and I haven’t done them in a while, probably months… well anyway you know where I feel it the most besides my aching abs of course?? My lats!!!!!! HOLY MOLY. Who knew? hahahahah

Hi - thanks for the encouragement yesterday. It sounds like you and I are on the same track - it’s tough to build muscle and cut fat - the body can’t efficiently do both at the same time. I increased my cardio, but was sure to not give in on the weights, cause muscles are the most important thing. Keep up the "science" and you’ll find what works for you!
I love planks! I think thety are some of the best ab exercises you can do. I like to hold mine for 30 seconds and then rest 15 seconds and then hit it again.
