I’m so buff
I can tell that I’m "fuller". Not in a fat way, in a muscular way!
I was eating 1200-1300 cals a day and began looking scrawny and feeling weak. Two weeks into this new carb cycling business, I’m eating about 2000 more calories a week… and my muscles are loving it! By the way, I feel absolutely wonderful not starving myself!
On a 1200 calorie diet, I had no energy to build muscle . . . and that’s what I WANT! MUSCLE!!!!! Sure I want to get ripped, but that will come in time…with the right foods and right amount of strength training and cardio.
I’m exploring my body’s science and chemistry to find the right solution! I’m a chemist I tell you, and I’m experimenting!!
