anxiety

I had an anxiety attack last night and only got 2 hours of sleep before I had to be at work at 6 this morning. I’m tired but I want to work out!! Gosh I think I should rest. DANG

So once again, I am increasing my calorie intake.

Today I was totally exhausted, I couldn’t even get through my friggin’ leg workout. I’m so tired and have no energy!!! I really don’t know if I’m just worn out from work plus working out, but it’s no more than usual and I shouldn’t be this tired!!!

So I’m increasing my weekly calorie intake to see if it helps me feel more energized. I’ll go ahead and incorporate 200 extra a day.

My body has been doing really well with the carb cycling and I’m seeing results, but today it’s like I needed more energy! So I don’t think it’ll hurt. I’ll calculate my bf% tomorrow morning before breakfast and see where I stand. And in two weeks, if I gained bf I’ll adjust.

Just experimenting like I said!! My body is a science project!

Cookies…

Cookies and cream protein powder, that is!! 100% WHEY gold standard is the bomb diggity. and I bought the 5 lber for 19.99! It was on sale for about 10 bucks cheaper! Ohh yeahh baby. I love it. Next I think I’ll try the vanilla ice cream or the chocolate. I’m kind of tired of chocolate though, so I might go with Vanilla. Yeah, Vanilla.

I tested it out yesterday… hated it!!!!

haha omg I felt like I was dying. My heart was beating extremely slow for cardio. It scared me! And then all day after that I was having chest pains, trouble taking deep breaths without my heart feeling peirced. I’m kind of paranoid about things like that, and I’ll start feeling anxious… So I’ve decided I’m going to have to sell it to someone… because that was expensive crap! I know it would make me buff up, but I’d rather feel beautiful and happy! Instead of P’Oed and freaked out!!! hahahah

As far as my workout went. I lifted like a pro and felt very strong and pumped. But whatever… It made me feel like I was cheating! haha I have a guilty concience.

I’m so buff

I can tell that I’m "fuller". Not in a fat way, in a muscular way!

I was eating 1200-1300 cals a day and began looking scrawny and feeling weak. Two weeks into this new carb cycling business, I’m eating about 2000 more calories a week… and my muscles are loving it! By the way, I feel absolutely wonderful not starving myself! ;)

On a 1200 calorie diet, I had no energy to build muscle . . . and that’s what I WANT! MUSCLE!!!!! Sure I want to get ripped, but that will come in time…with the right foods and right amount of strength training and cardio.

I’m exploring my body’s science and chemistry to find the right solution! I’m a chemist I tell you, and I’m experimenting!!

Peanut Butter

I’ve decided to give up peanut butter all together.

 I just end up binging on it in the middle of the night. So I’m just not going to keep any!

 It’s cool. I’m slightly alleric to peanuts anyway! hahaha But I’ve gone about 3 days without peanut butter and I’m doing GREAT! I feel so much better already!!

I’m eating chocolate fudge ice cream right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahahhahaha JUST KIDDING! It’s a frozen protein pudding/shake!! haha it’s yummy so I call it ice cream. I’m SO BAD!
