HEY THERE>>
So I haven’t been on top of my games much lately… And I just come to this site and I’m like wow! I better step it up, I really do want to be STRONG and sexy! I had forgotten for a moment there!
But no fear! I’m ready to go back to my old ways… not laying hand on a SINLGE cheat food. Like… my brothers left over pizza/waffles. HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP is the devil. I have, on the other hand, been staying right around 1200 cals! I keep up with that.
I do go to the gym at least 3 times a week… it’s just not, you know… THERE. I still love to feel good about myself, I just want the drive and passion back!!
I know since school started, I have slacked, because I am very ficused on school right now! I am going for personal training and fitness management and such… sooo… I know I’ll never been totally out of the game. I love it toooo much. ok I’m going to do some bicept curls now <3 And then I must sit down and begin to write an essay. ugh. hahha
PLEASE keep me motivated SOMEONE!
