HEY THERE>>
So I haven’t been on top of my games much lately… And I just come to this site and I’m like wow! I better step it up, I really do want to be STRONG and sexy! I had forgotten for a moment there!
But no fear! I’m ready to go back to my old ways… not laying hand on a SINLGE cheat food. Like… my brothers left over pizza/waffles. HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP is the devil. I have, on the other hand, been staying right around 1200 cals! I keep up with that.
I do go to the gym at least 3 times a week… it’s just not, you know… THERE. I still love to feel good about myself, I just want the drive and passion back!!
I know since school started, I have slacked, because I am very ficused on school right now! I am going for personal training and fitness management and such… sooo… I know I’ll never been totally out of the game. I love it toooo much. ok I’m going to do some bicep curls now <3 And then I must sit down and begin to write an essay. ugh. hahha
PLEASE keep me motivated SOMEONE!

Amanda….. Although pizza and waffles does sound incredibly good, gettin’ into the gym and gettin’ ripped offers and infinitely better reward! Hang in there kid! We all go through our ups and downs, don’t worry, you’re not alone, just take a breather and prepare to stoke the fire in your gut back up! now quit reading this and hit the gym!

Amanda, you know I’ve been motivating you as best I can. You know you can do this! You have that fire deep inside you! Close your eyes and picture that perfect body… beautiful bicep peaks, rippling abs, curvaceous calves…You have it in you and you know what you have to do! I know you can do it! Keep it up! Stay strong!
