I love muscles
I’m looking in the mirror right now and can flex my triceps and see it! It’s so cool! I was like.. loook ma!! hehe It’s fun. I did 5 am cardio this morning before breakfast, hooray for me. Great Job, Amanda! Thanks. AND THEN… after work I did back and biceps. yeshhh… love biceps.
I feel so strong, I can’t wait to see some more muscles poke out and shed layers of fat! I know how to do that too… cardio in the morning is the key for me. Actually, just cardio… period! DUH who knew. AND most important. DIET! wow, never knew that either. Welll… I did know but never realized how many calories I should be consuming everyday to actually see fat come off… I feel great.
I still want to be RIPPPPPED to the max and HARD AS A ROOCKKKK. Wonder how long it will take. I know if I feel it and want it bad every every day, then I’ll be there before I know it!

I wish I knew someone like you Amanda…I mean here so I could train with you and get RIIIIIIIPPED together! I guess I will have to settle for pushing you on here and having you do the same for me…
