Tired.. what’s new.
So I was all excited about coming back strong after a week off from overtraining. Well, I still can’t sleep at night, and I’m working so hard all day; I’m worn out. It really sucks because this is just a delay toward my goals!
But I MUST listen to my body and not overtrain again. Soo… Bicep day will have to wait until tomorrow. But it’s all good! Rest IS the most important thing and I have to remember that. I’m happy now that I’m actually making myself rest today. I know I’ll feel better in the long run. I’ll reach my goals soon enough. Just keep focused. I’m also giving up pickles
after this jar. I think I’ll be better off without the extra sodium. I can stick with carrots and celery. Thank you everybody for that suppot! Love ya!

Yeah, sodium is one of the hardest things to watch for since it seems like everyone just wants to toss it in now a days.
Listen to your body, rest, and come back stronger than ever!
